Who are the Bioneers? Well… a Bioneer is a biological + pioneer. There’s a good summary here. If you are in Albuquerque, you may have heard their radio program on KUNM.
Who are the Burque Bioneers? We are a community group based in Albuquerque, with diverse interests and concerns, and an ecological inclination. We have signed on to Beaming Bioneers, a Bioneers outreach program that allows a community to build events, dialogue and community around the content of the annual Bioneers Conference.
Bioneers provides the Beaming group with either a live stream or DVD version of the conference plenary talks: fascinating lectures by inspiring individuals, who are working on solutions for people and planet.

A heartfelt thanks to the group. You are a source of inspiration.
In particular your patience and encouragement in response to the presence and expression of my daughter Brigid should be thoroughly applauded. Thus will the future be made.
I would like to request that contact info for those having attended the two previous meetings be made available in some respectful and secure manner. I for one would like to have the opportunity to reach out to those of you whom I do not know well.
I would like to declare my confidence in Becky and the process as it has begun to unfold. It seems to me that significant progress has already been made. I expect that by the time we meet for the third time we will have an event date and venue proposed.
I wondered today what news Joshua may have as a result of the meeting with the Open Space Alliance…

i am a public health student at the UNM SOM and am working with the UNM Health Science Center Dept of Fam and Community Medicine along with the Public Health Student Association connecting with multiple academic and community partners we are absolutely gearing up for a fabulous food day and even better a food month – if you are interested in supporting local fair healthy food for all please contact me at rdchavez@salud.unm.edu

Hi Rose, I’ll add you to our email list, and you probably know about tomorrow’s meeting, NHCC, 6-7:30pm. I’ve also been talking to a few folks about proposing a Local Food and Sustainability Month for October, so even if you can’t make the meeting, let’s stay in touch and talk about ways to collaborate!
